Desired competencies (technical behavioral competency)
Performance Testing, JMeter. Database – Mongo & SQL. Unix Good understanding of cloud concepts – AWS Agile and DevOps Knowledge.
Responsibility of/ Expectations from the Role
- Proven experience of leading infrastructure & network engineering design and implementation
Good Performance Testing and Engineering background. - On Prem, Private, Public Cloud, Effectively partner with SRE, Architecture, App Dev, Infra Engineering, and Capacity Management Teams.
- Enhance PE capabilities for integration with build pipeline both On-Prem and on the Cloud.
- Define standards, adoption roadmap, and maturity levels.
- Enable Automation and CICD integration for Resiliency testing.
- Define roadmap to extend Resiliency testing from PE env to also target Production.
- Support Resiliency testing for ROS (Read Optimized Stores) architectural patterns.
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Investment Banking knowledge.
- Should have DevOps knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The position requires:
5-7 Years of experience
Formal IT-related qualifications
